đž Q3. How can overspending patterns show up in everyday life, and why do we sometimes not recognize them?
A3: Itâs all those little thingsâgrabbing extra coffees, late-night online shopping, subscription charges you forgot about. They seem small until you add it all up at the end of the month and say, âI spent what?!â
đ Q4. What are subtle signs of financial stress that people often overlook?
A4: Late fees. Bank overdraft fees. Subscription renewals you forgot to cancel. All of these signal that you’re not fully tuned in to your money flowâand they can quietly eat into your financial health.
đ Q5. How does emotional spending play a role in creating unhealthy financial behaviors?
A5: Weâve all been thereâfeeling down and thinking a new outfit or dinner out will fix it. But if youâre carrying debt, those moments of spending can end up causing more stress later.
