A2: Not tracking where your money is going. When you donāt know whatās leaving your account, itās easy to feel like you’re stuck or stressed with no plan. Awareness is step one!
šø Q3. How can overspending patterns show up in everyday life, and why do we sometimes not recognize them?
A3: Itās all those little thingsāgrabbing extra coffees, late-night online shopping, subscription charges you forgot about. They seem small until you add it all up at the end of the month and say, āI spent what?!ā
š Q4. What are subtle signs of financial stress that people often overlook?
A4: Late fees. Bank overdraft fees. Subscription renewals you forgot to cancel. All of these signal that you’re not fully tuned in to your money flowāand they can quietly eat into your financial health.

A5: Weāve all been thereāfeeling down and thinking a new outfit or dinner out will fix it. But if youāre carrying debt, those moments of spending can end up causing more stress later.
